Join us for a causal dinner on the Farm, grab a plate and watch Chef Liam Byres of Lola Nashville at the grill cooking up some delicious Paella! Feel free to bring your own bottle of red wine to pair with the meal, cups and wine openers will be provided.

Come spend a few hours on the farm and take a stroll through the garden and end the night roasting some marshmallows around the fire!

Spanish Charcuterie
Traditional shaved Jamon, assorted cured meats & cheeses, castelvantro olives, dried fruit, honey & nuts 

 Grilled Goat Morcilla Sausage
marinated corona beans & peppers, dried Chile & goat jus

 Persimmon Salad
Nora pepper picada, orange and ginger vinaigrette, piquillo peppers, arugula & last years persimmon hoshigakis 

 Roasted Peppers
roasted garlic and shallot vinaigrette, olives, onions, cantabrian boqarions 

Chared Hakari Turnips
shaved manchego cheese, romesco, turnip leaves 

 Paella de Mixta
shrimp, clams, mussels, octopus, chorizo 

 Paella de Granja
saffron stock, farm produce 

 Dessert
Brandy Caramelized salt and sugar pears with whipped sour cream

 

The Farm Dinner will take place at the Brown Barn. To find the Brown Barn enter in the main gates and keep heading down the long main road, you will pass a white house & another brown barn on your left. When you come to the split in the road, keep to the right, you will then pass the pavilion on your right. Cross over the little bridge and continue on veering to the left. Once you see the white barn you’ve made it, please park in the grass or behind the white barn.

Tickets are non-refundable but are transferable. If you are unable to attend feel free to pass your tickets onto a friend or family member!
