Details on Yoga Experience: As a certified yoga instructor since 2018, she designs classes that are accessible to both beginners and seasoned yogis. This session offers a perfect blend of relaxation and energy, with a focus on strengthening, stretching, and balancing. Come enjoy the serene farm atmosphere while enhancing your practice. All levels are welcome – see you on the mat!
Details on Sound Bath Experience:
Traditional sound healing instruments include gongs, crystal singing bowls and chimes combined with electronic tones, vocals and theremin, taking listeners on a journey to the inner dimension of their being. You'll feel taller, stronger, aligned, centered, happier, healthier and stress relieved. There signature HAUMS have everything you need. It's time for you to breathe, and come Haum to yourself.
* Please bring your own mat and water bottle.
LOCATION —
Bloomsbury Farm's Pavilion -- Directions : When you arrive at the main gate you will pull through the entrance and continue down the long dirt road. You will pass a white house on your left, keep going till you get to the split in the road. Take the road to the right and continue till you see a small parking area to your left. The Pavilion will be just a short walk from the parking area, you can't miss it!
