Cooking Class With Chef Zac Tolleson

Chef Zac Powell Tolleson comes to Tennessee by way of Texas. His cooking is always as local and seasonal as it can possibly be, aiming to celebrate the bounty of Middle Tennessee. In class, you'll use Bloomsbury's beautiful produce and learn to cook with the season as your guide. At the end of class we will sit down to enjoy the gorgeous meal we cooked together! All items for the class will be provided.
