Join us for our. first farm dinner of 2025 in partnership with Chef Zac Powell Tolleson! Let’s celebrate the beginning of spring together over a beautiful meal. Wine poured by Belle & Bottle.

Lettuce cups, pickled magnolia, turnip mayo

Mushroom conserva, mizuna, crème fraiche, sourdough

Mains

Bear Creek steaks, smoked and pickled cabbage, fermented chili honey

Grilled bok choy, Sequatchie Cove Shakerag aioli, dill oil, smoked egg yolk "bottarga"

Lettuce, benne-tahini dressing, radish, flowers, Maid-n-Meadows Tomme-Belina

Smoked lions mane, burnt onion soubise, chili jam, herbs
